Protein Power Ball Recipe

My girls absolutely love to eat these protein power balls and we go through a batch every week. They're easy to make, a great source of protein, and a nice little treat too!
- 2 cups instant oats
- 1/4 cup ground flax seed
(I buy the great big bag at Costco)
- 1 scoop of your favorite vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 cup nut butter of your preference
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp kosher salt
Mix well, scoop onto a cookie sheet with a small cookie scoop, chill for one hour!
